This is the second case that I am buying from this manufacturer. The first one was red and I was happy with but the paint started chipping off after couple of months, the most. This time I decided to go with the silver color but the one that I received is much darker than the one on the picture, it is more like gray rather than silver, so I am not sure if this is the color you usually get or if this was a mistake. I decided to keep it anyway since it doesn't last long and soon I will be on the market for another one.
Pros:
*lightweight and it doesn't make your phone look bulky and heavy
*good selection of colors
Cons:
*the paint starts chipping off after couple of months (at least the red did);
*it doesn't protect the front of the corners because the case doesn't go all the way to the front due to the way it is designed (I am somehow OK with that because it makes the phone look as if there is no case)
The first case that I had was plastic, while this one is not the same. It feels more like rubber and it doesn't seem like it is going to chip off quick. This is still to be seen.
With this being said I am not sure if the manufacturer changed the way they make the cases or the quality varies with the color.
