Exactly what I hopedMay 21, 2011
By Nik I was worried this was just another iPad 1 case with an iPad 2 sticker on it, but this is custom made for the iPad 2. My iPad 2 fits nice and snug in the holder and the cameras are totally unhindered. The case itself is not the high quality of a Targus, but it's still very good and durable, and it just looks very nice. Some people don't like the soft silicone keys, but I'm using them right now with no problem. They are soft, but I like that a lot considering my screen is up against them whenever the case is closed. The on/off button is very small, but it seems more sturdy than others that I've seen.
Overall, there are nicer cases out there, but this is the nicest keyboard case on the market and it's a great price. I recommend it if you are looking for a keyboard case.

The Acase is a nice cover/keyboard. It is padded, and the keyboard is made of a soft silicone so when it is closed, it won't damage the iPad's screen. It is very easy to pair with the iPad, and reconnects each time I use it with no problem. It also acts as a stand, so you can set your iPad up like a laptop. On the minus side, there is no shift key on the right side of the keyboard, and you have to charge it from a computer USB port. No big deal but it would be nice to get a wall adapter (like the one that came with the iPad). The keyboard takes some getting used to as it is small. I love that I can save so much real estate on the screen by using the Acase. Nothing wrong with the on screen keypad, but it takes up almost half the screen. I do a lot of annotating documents on my iPad and it is really nice to see as much of the document as possible while working on it. Overall the Acase is a very good value, and I would recommend it if you are looking for a case/keyboard.
Perfect iPad Accessory for any TypistMay 01, 2012
By drjackk Tablet computers have their place, except when it comes to anything needing to be typed. Ever try to type a resume on a touch screen? It can be done, just not very fast nor easily. If you want to use your iPad for typing any sizable documents, this is the portfolio for you. It looks sharp, it protects your iPad and has a build-in Bluetooth keyboard. I've purchased one for each of my children. They both love it.
The only drawback for this particular portfolio is the keyboard has to be recharged via a USB connection to another computer. If only it came with a charger, this would be perfect.
Functional Keyboard, Failed Power InputApr 17, 2012
By skiddnate Charged the keyboard and connected with bluetooth one time without issue. Subsequent attempst to charge the keyboard resulted in the charge indicator light flashing briefly when the micro USB cable was iserted or removed but would not charge the keyboard, turning the KeyFolio into a bulky Folio with a useless keyboard. Pros: the keyboard had a rubbery but satisfying feel, enabling rapid typing with few keyboard-induced errors. The Folio itself securely holds and protects the iPad. Cons: failed to charge after first use. A little bulky overall. The material holding the iPad was poorly crafted and bowed out from iPad screen, leaving unsightly gaps. Allows for landscape use only. Verdict: Decent keyboard function with a case that meets expectations at this price point. If it charged, it would get three stars, and I would have kept it.
Great keyboard, when it pairs (which was almost never)!Jul 04, 2011
By RLJ I bought this item for my iPad 2 (which I wrote this review on), everything in the description said it was compatible, I'd have to disagree. I only got it to pair the first time I set it up. After that first time, it never paired again. I was extremely disappointed as I left the next day for a business trip. I'm not impressed with this keyboard and would not suggest it for iPad 2 users.
