BEST CASE YETFeb 11, 2009 Having had the 2G Cozip case I believe this is a much better case. This case offers more protection than ever. With the front cover that is now included, the front chrome is now protected. With this new design it gives the iPhone a high tech appearance that it rightly deserves. The feel of the case is the same as the 2G version, giving you confidence handling the iPhone. Without the case the iPhone feels slippery to me because of its sleek smooth design. This case does not increase the physical size any noticeable amount, maintaining the aesthetics of the iPhone.
The best cover I have usedJan 06, 2009 Although it doesn't give extreme protection from dropping..... it does protect it from everyday scratches and wear. It doesn't add any weight or size to the iPhone and has a real nice feel when holding it. It slips easily into your pocket and looks great.... (Your not supposed to drop or throw you phone anyway) :-) so get over that part....

By far the best cover for iphone 3GOct 18, 2008 This cover is by far the best cover I have found. I had one for original iPhone. I was not sure about the quality for 3G, I am extremely delighted that I ordered it.

Great Product Great PriceOct 18, 2008 This is the best case for the 3G for several reasaons:
1. It does not add any Bulk
2. It improves the grip of the Phone
3. Although it is not quite as attrative as the black and silver look of the first gen it is still a sleek black look when the phone is in the case
4. It comes with a free smudge free protector for the screen
5. The price is right, the only thing I don't like with the case is that it has a cute out for the Apple logo on the back which causes the phone to not sit flat on a table as it would normally but this is really not that big of a flaw.

Agree with review: not as good as 2g caseOct 04, 2008 Like many others, I loved the Cozip case with the 1st gen iPhone. The 3g version is not near as good and I was disappointed to have to return it.
A couple of observations: the small openings on the sides around the chrome bezel (where the front casing inserts) looks really unfinished. i would expect a fair amount of dirt/dust to collect there and also be suspectible to snagging. Another thing, the grip on this version feels less "tacky" than the prior version and the plastic also seems cheaper.
I was happy however to pick up a very similar case by a korean outfit called SGP (do a google or ebay search). This case is much, much better. Again you really just have to be looking for improved grip and some scratch prevention for the back of the phone and certainly not any shocks or protection from dropping. A note of warning with the SGP case however: even less of the chrome bezel is covered so expect some scratches/wear over time.
