nice little ear phone needing better charging systemJun 26, 2006
By debs It is nice to have a small package phone on my home hard line, nothing else to clip on or get tangled up. The instructions are short and unclear. They DO say though not to leave the thing charging too long. The battery doesn't last days so I keep the unit turned off and swich it on after I hear another phone in the house ring. I've talked for over 45 min before it started fading and cutting out. The manufactures need to work on the charging brains. There are many products that do not have you manually take it off the charger after so many hours.

Nice little phoneSep 07, 2006
By Edward G This is a nice little phone for nice little ears. I needed a handsfree phone for taking calls while I am working. My old phone was the type that clips to your belt with the headset connecting to it via a cable. The cable is the weak link in such phones. In addition to snagging on things all the time, the cable plug inevitably becomes the source of bad connectivity. I was determined to find a substitute without a cable. This unit was attractively priced and sized and is actually a very nice little item except that the mfr did not see fit to make the ear clip that holds the phone to your ear adjustable. I have tried the phone without the earclip, just sort of plugging the earpiece into my ear. This is relatively comfortable for my ear, but it means I can't tilt my head and the mic is constantly rubbing against the stubble on my cheek which sounds to the party on the other end like static. If I use the earclip, the earbud does not line up with the canal of my ear, it rest slightly above and chafes the inside of my ear which becomes intolerable after about half an hour. So, nice phone, with good sound and nice compact design but probably best for people with small heads and ears.
Added 11-29-07. A note about the battery life. This unit has a rechargeable battery. At 15 months, after recharging it, I can use it for about 2 minutes before the low battery beeping begins. So, the battery lasts all of 3 months more than the warranty and then the entire unit has to be replaced. Cute, huh?

Nice ConceptNov 15, 2006
By Supermodel I've had this phone for 6 months. I love the idea of being totally hands-free while talking on my land line. It's pretty light weight. I wish there was a little more curvature to the mic peiece that hangs. I have high cheekbones and the mic rubs against them. This in turn sounds like static to the caller. The continuous talk time is approx 55 minutes and after that "it's a wrap".

Great Little Ear Phone! James Bond Look Out!Feb 05, 2009
By DG Wow, talk about convenient! This phone comes with your standard cordless phone features but in a much smaller package.....redial....call waiting...clear channel search....call volume.
I was looking for something were I could talk on the phone and still be able to do things at the same time, PLUS I got sick of after being on the phone for a while (using a regular cordless the phone) having the phone and my ear get hot. I didn't want to buy a bulky standard headset for my regular phone and have to deal with carrying the phone, cord and headset. I had one of those and found it was more trouble than not having the headset at all, considering I STILL had to carry the phone and worry about forgetting I had the headset on and ripping the cord out from the phone after setting it down. BOY this little device REALLY stopped all that. Its light and you honestly forget you have it on. The phone is clear and have not had any problems with people I call either. I'm constantly asking people I call how I sound with this little guy and they all say the same thing "You sound fine why?"
This is a very well made phone and comes with a replaceable rechargeable battery. I've seen similar earphones sell for double what this sells for...look it up yourself! Yes it is 2.4 GHz instead of the new 5.8 GHz BUT I do have a 5.8 GHz and really cannot tell the difference BOTH come in clear as a bell.
It takes between 4 - 6 hours to charge and lasts a good 3- 4 hours of "CONSTANT USE", which is very similar to the regular cordless phone I have. I read other reviewers say the range isn't that good.....WELL you could've fooled me! I used this thing while getting my mail outside and working in the yard and it worked fine...maybe once in a while some static would come on if I went too far (Just Like My BIG phone)
Great little phone to use with a splitter (That's what I did) that way I answer the big phone...but if its NOT going to be an on/off conversation I put on the Ear Phone...its great! NO MORE "HOT EAR" like with what you get when you use the Regular cordless phones. Also would be a great phone to use at work....I'm telling you after about 5 minutes you'll forget its on.....and your hands are free to not stop what your doing! Ohhh one more thing, Its ringer is a nice decent sound, unlike the high pitched IRRITATING ringer of my big phone! Look NO cordless phone is perfect, but this one comes alot closer than others! GLAD I GOT IT!

One of the Worst Products BoughtJul 07, 2009

I regret buying this product. The sound is horrible -- it's full of statics. There is no support at all for this product. Totally wasted my money! I wonder why other reviews said they got good sound. Make sure if can return the product before you buy!
