Its 10MBs maxJun 01, 2008

"stealth"
It seems that there are two types of this particular card. The model number of this card is SDMSPDH-8192-A11 and the other is SDMSPDH-008G-A11. The difference lies in the speed and price. This one is rated at 10MBs whereas the latter is rated at 15MBs and consequently, more expensive. I use this card in my PSP, it really is faster than my last 4GB card and its MagicGate supported. According to the last review, this card has a speed between 7 and 8 MBs max with the PSP, so it probably doesn't make sense going with the faster one which is the same card, just technically faster. The 15MBs card should be better for cameras and card readers which may actually use the rated speed. Excellent product overall though.

Excellent MS CardMar 05, 2008
By MT I needed a fast and capacious MS card for my PSP slim and this one fits the bill perfectly. I tested it on the PSP slim and the old PSP and it worked fine. Speed in the PSP (Slim and Phat) was between 7 and 8 MB/s (that's Mega Bytes per second) writing and reading. With the IOGEAR USB 2.0 MEMORY CARD RW (GFR202MSD), that is also sold here on Amazon, the read speed was between 13 and 15 MB/s and the write speed was between 9.2 and 9.7 MB/sec.

Need some more detail on Amazon's descriptionJan 31, 2008

"Life's not that simple"
I had a hard time to decide whether to take this product or the similar one from Sony. The Sony one has a complete product description including read/write speed which is important for memory card of this size, yet I didn't see it from the Amazon product description for Sandisk. I decided to go for Sandisk because the name of this product that sounds like rocket science product (Ultra II) and also because of the price that is more expensive than the Sony one. of all that I assumed that this card will run faster than the Sony one, which isn't the case. Despite of the name and price, this card will only write max 10 MB/s while Sony put minimum 16 MB/s in their description, so technically this card is slower than Sony one.
Apart from abovementioned problem, I'm quite happy with this card and has no other problem. It works very well with my PSP Slim & Lite
