PhotoFast CR-7000 SD/SDHC to CF Adapter - Great ItemMay 21, 2011

I purchased this adapter to use a Eye-Fi SDHC card in my Canon 20D (using the CFII slot). The adapter did not work...the camera would not recognize the CF adapter at all. Because of this, I couldn't format the Eye-Fi SDHC card (the last resort).
I tested the adapter with a working, fresh SDHC card...same results.
I cannot recommend this product. The seller however, has responded very quickly and I'm awaiting a refund.

By Fred Abeles I received the item but it was not the same brand as advertised. It was substituted with another brand. It seems to work just fine in my Nikon D2x camera but is noticably slower in writing than my CF cards but hasn't caused any problems or delays. SDHC cards are certainly less expensive than CF cards and seem to be more available so I had to try it as an alternate. I'm happy so far but want to try a higher-end SDHC card and check write speed again.

By Robert Seay I bought this adapter back in July 2009 and never got around to using it as I also purchased 2 other brands around the same time. I finally used it on 5/20/10 and 5/21/10 with a PNY 8GB SDHC card. I have several unable to read files and am leery of using this product at present. I do plan on doing some experimentation with some regular SD cards and a different SDHC to see if I can duplicate this issue.
