Works great as a phone strapDec 28, 2010

I bought this strap specifically for my cell phone. Often my phone is among a whole bunch of other objects, like in a backpack, or under a pile of stuff a car seat. The brightly colored strap makes it MUCH easier to spot the phone among other items, especially in dark conditions. It also makes it much easier to retrieve the phone, because you only need to see and grab the strap in order to pull the phone out of the pile of stuff.
The bright red strap helped me avert a very serious inconvenience recently, when my cell phone had fallen way back underneath my seat on an airplane. When the plane landed and I was doing the final once-over (i.e. looking around the seat to see if I had dropped anything) I didn't see the phone, because it was so far back under the seat ... but I saw the brightly colored strap, and I could grab it and pull the phone out from under the seat. I must admit that I kissed the strap after that incident. It would have been a major hassle if I had lost the cell phone. This strap is good insurance.

By John Mollman I like having lanyards on flash drives. I'm sure everybody does. It makes them easier to hold and there's less chance of losing it with a lanyard attached. I don't wear it around my neck though. :)
The lanyard is a bright red color and does look like ribbon, but it's not a very thin ribbon like you would see on presents. It's actually pretty well made and feels silky. The lanyard can detach at the clip. What else more to say?

By kristinab I'm a graphic design student and I'm constantly using my archived flash drive. this is a great way to always keep it on my. I wish the fabric were a little less like...ribbon, but it still works great for what I need.
