Amazing Sound from Small PlayerAug 18, 2010 Easy to set up and start using. I love the compact size for travel. I love to take my tunes with me and this fits nicely in a carry on bag. Can be used with AC or batteries. So convenient and sounds great too! It's not going to replace your old stereo but it's not meant to.
Greatest portable speakers for ipod ever!Mar 16, 2010 I bought one for my girlfriend and she loves this thing. I was actually pretty amazed by the sound tbh. This little thing pumps like no other speakers i've ever seen, you can actually feel the base when you put your hands up to it. haha. anyways, it's a awesome gift idea.

COMPANY WILL NOT RESPONDJan 13, 2010 Wrote emails and tried for days to find a phone number. Here's the reply I got when I wrote the Better Business Bureau in their US Headquarters:
"Thank you for choosing the Better Business Bureau to aid in the resolution of your dispute with the above named company. On this date, we have forwarded a copy of your complaint to the company for their written response. Once we receive a written response from the company, it will be forwarded to you. If you receive your requested adjustment, please notify us immediately, as the company may have responded to you directly. Please note that the Better Business Bureau cannot compel a company to respond. However, we will attempt twice in a 4 week period to obtain a written response from the company."

Good sound, cool lookDec 23, 2009 My iPod fits nicely into the port, the sound quality is excellent, and I like the option of battery or plug-in operation. No complaints on speaker function, and the color is cool.
Only gripe is the plug - I'm a frequent international traveler and my previous speaker - same brand, same shape - had an outlet that was interchangeable with USA, UK, European prongs, making the product extremely convenient. This new speaker only has USA 2 prong.
