A great device. Very Durable. Works great! Very Portable. This device does not come with a clip or landyard attached and can easily be lost or misplaced.
Just what the doctor orderedNov 30, 2009 This little flash drive works with Windows 98 SE and Vista -- just what I needed to transfer files from an old computer to a new computer without setting up a network connection. I also have tried a Toshiba 8 GB flash drive which is absolutely incompatible with Windows 98 SE.
a reliable and compact flash driveNov 06, 2009 I've owned several SanDisk Cruzers and found them more reliable than other usb flash drives I have. (I've had bad luck with Kingston - their usb thumb drives and SD memory cards). I've owned a couple of earlier SanDisk Titaniums and those work great too (I always uninstall the software that comes with them).
The Micros are compact, easy to plug in. Wish these were made in a larger capacity memory since 8GB don't seem to hold much if there are several videos or many high resolution jpg files to copy over.
Incredibly forgiving flash drive.Nov 01, 2009 This thing is tiny, tiny enough that occasionally I check my pockets, it's in there, and still I don't find it. I can also be pretty absentminded. This has resulted in it going through the laundry several times. Once it went through the washer and dryer with the skin and cap on, and was perfectly fine. Two days ago it went through the hot water, extended wash for rugs and blankets in the biggest industrial machine at the laundromat. Still fine! No file loss! All the work in progress for my final for a CAD class in college-- completely intact. I love this thing.
Basic clean designAug 04, 2009 Just what I was looking for. The design is simple and clean. The product works. The plastic is not good for a keychain.
