• Fourteen (14) days return period from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on Computer Accessories, Memory cards, USB Memories, MP3 Players , MP3 Player Accessories, Bluetooth Headsets, Headphones and Earphones.
• The following items are not returnable:
  • Non-defective Bluetooth Headsets & Devices, Headphones, and Earphones due to ensuring good health and cleanliness (Hygiene) reasons
  • Items that are abused
  • Open-Box cellphones
• Defective cellphone product: Please contact manufacturer directly for Return and Refund. If there is any concern, please feel free to contact CTCStore at: service@ctcstore.com.
• Defective Transcend product: Please contact Transcend directly for Return and Refund & RMA Request. If there is any concern, please feel free to contact CTCStore at: service@ctcstore.com.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping charges may be refunded if the return is due to an error by CTC Store. In all other instances shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
• The customer is responsible for shipping and other charges to get the item to us for refund and exchanging.
• Defective item(s) and wrong item(s) will not be charged any of the restocking fee.
• In order to keep our costs and prices low, 10% restocking fee will be charged to sealed items or bulk items and 25% restocking fee will be charged to opened box items. Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
• No returns will be accepted without an appropriate RMA Number.
• Product warranty applies on defective units for replacement as specified within product packaging for each individual product.
• A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
