There is a "Per Shipment" and "Per Unit/Weight" fee associated with each order. "Per Shipment" is charged every time an order is created plus "Per Unit" is charged on each item in that order.
Our shipping rates were designed to allow for shipping some heavy items. While, the rates might seem a little high for some small items, we have lowered those small items' prices to some impossible levels. We lowered those prices so that you would feel fair after adding in the shipping charge.
Please Note: Due to highly lost rate of USPS shipment, we are no longer ship item(s) to any hotel address.
Amazon only allows us to specify one shipping rate for all items, so there is no way we can charge a lower rate on the small items - it is the same rate for ALL items regardless of price or size. This is simply the way Amazon has decided to do things. So, please do not ask us to lower the S/H fees.

"Ship Time" is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order. It does not include the time we take to process your order. All orders normally ship out within 0 to 2 business days. If there are any delays, you will be contacted.
We normally use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail and Priority Mail to deliver the packages. The carrier is based on package size, weight, value, and destination. At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific carrier. It will be determined by the warehouse at the time of shipment. (All shipments to PO Boxes & Military addresses will be by USPS only.)
Expected transit times:
- Standard Delivery = 1-2 business days processing plus 1-6 business days delivery, Total: 1-8 business days
- Expedited Delivery= 1-2 business days processing plus 1-3 business days delivery, Total: 1-5 business days
Tax Information:
Chitek is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to NJ State. We do not collect sales tax for any other state at this time. Thank you!
